Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of BIM execution plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to create comprehensive project information models.
  3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor BIM implementation and provide guidance to project teams.
  4. Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into project workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction technology or BIM-related roles.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Revizto and COBie.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
