Timber Frame Construction Lead - Shape the Future of Building

We are seeking an innovative Timber Frame Construction Lead to join our team in Plymouth, Devon. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality timber frame construction projects.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing site teams to achieve project completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • You will have extensive experience in timber frame construction, with a strong focus on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in site management, with a strong background in timber frame construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop site teams.
  • Valid SMSTS certificate and First Aid at Work qualification.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive basic salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
