About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Strategic Project Director to join our team and drive the delivery of medium to high-complexity projects and programmes.

You will be responsible for directing and managing application of specific project controls methods, techniques and tools with a good working knowledge of a variety of techniques on a range of project complexity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Directing and managing a team of professionals delivering projects controls services and responsible for staff development.
  • Evaluating trends and communicating analysis and corrective measures effectively in a complex project environment using numerical and statistical techniques as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Leading application of specific project controls methods, techniques and tools.
  • Advising on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of EVM and project controls methodologies, as well as experience of working on construction projects and/or consultancy.

A strong understanding of PMO and project controls service delivery in one or more sectors is also essential, including knowledge of PMO and project controls tools, techniques and software.

We are looking for someone who can create and deliver clear and professional presentations to project teams/clients, with effective networking skills and flexible, pragmatic and adaptable approach.

The salary for this role is estimated to be £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
