In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of timber frame construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in site management, with experience in timber frame construction and a valid SMSTS certificate. You will be able to direct labour, plant, staff, and equipment to achieve plot and project completion, while monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating corrective actions as necessary.
