About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK. As a key member of our Regional Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a pipeline of new business to deliver growth for the Southeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales support and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven track record in new business sales with a strong understanding of the waste industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
