Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK. As a key member of our Regional Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a pipeline of new business to deliver growth for the Southeast Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales support and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven track record in new business sales with a strong understanding of the waste industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
