Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK. As a Regional Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a pipeline of new business to deliver growth for the Southeast Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to deliver effective waste solutions.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Present to clients and negotiate at all levels to secure new business.
Requirements
- Proven track record in new business sales with a strong understanding of the waste industry.
- Experience in generating, managing, and maintaining a sales pipeline and delivering against a 100% new business target.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise in line with Regional Growth Plans.
