About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our Regional Field Sales Team in the Southeast Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a pipeline of new business to deliver growth for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to deliver effective waste solutions.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align sales efforts with regional growth plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in new business sales with a strong understanding of the waste industry.
  • Experience in generating, managing, and maintaining a sales pipeline and delivering against targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines.
