Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Listers in Northampton. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving commercial performance. About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales leadership role and excellent leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver commercial objectives
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
* Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional service
* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
* Manage budgets and resources to optimize commercial performance
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements
* Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales processes
