We are a leading supplier of premium continental foods and ingredients to discerning clients across various sectors. With remarkable growth since our inception in 2021, we are now expanding our sales team by recruiting three talented graduates.

The Role Overview
This client-facing position covers a specific geographic territory in the South of England, with a focus on North London. As a graduate, you won't require prior experience – we offer comprehensive training and development to equip you with market knowledge and sales skills. You'll engage with key decision-makers, including Head of Procurement, Buyers, Merchandising Teams, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish new business relationships with prospects, aiming to create long-term customers
  • Nurture and expand existing customer connections
  • Collaborate with the sales team to stay informed about market trends, helping shape sales strategies

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable travelling daily to meet new people, you should be resilient and tenacious in navigating the challenges of sales while maintaining motivation to achieve targets. A driving license is essential, as a company car allowance and fuel card will be provided for your convenience.

Compensation Package
  • £28k base salary
  • £38k OTE
  • Company Car Allowance and Fuel Card
