Commercial Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate commercial activities across multiple projects
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimise profit margins
- Work closely with build partners to ensure contractual compliance
- Monitor and control project costs to prevent overruns
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial management and contract administration
- Strong understanding of NEC3 ECC forms and other industry standard contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
