Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals is seeking a talented property professional to take the lead in growing our Residential Sales business from scratch.

About the Role

We are a family business with a strong presence in the Residential Lettings/Property Management sector in Dartford/North Kent, Greenwich, Bexley/Belvedere/South East London areas. Due to our planned expansion, we are now ready to enter the Residential Sales market and require a skilled individual to spearhead our marketing and property listing campaign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a structured marketing strategy to grow our sales business
  • Take the lead in property listing and valuation
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our sales team and processes

What We Offer

  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 whilst you build your pipeline
  • A commission package that will be reshaped and tailored to your performance levels and achievements
