NHS Community Podiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Clinics Podiatrist, you will be responsible for managing a specialist community caseload, demonstrating skills in current assessment techniques, treating 'At Risk' patients, carrying out nail surgery, and using evidence-based MSK skills to offload the At Risk Foot.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a specialist community caseload, assessing and treating patients with complex foot pathologies.
- Work in partnership with patients and other service users to deliver care and support.
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Identify local need for podiatry services, evaluate priorities, and deliver care accordingly.
- Work within contractual agreements, managing capacity and demand.
- BSc Podiatry (or equivalent) and HPC registration.
- Good interpersonal skills, effective listening and speaking skills, and ability to communicate complex information.
- Approachable and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and within the NHS.
