Job Title: NHS Community Clinics Podiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Clinics Podiatrist, you will be responsible for managing a specialist community caseload, demonstrating skills in current assessment techniques, treating 'At Risk' patients, carrying out nail surgery, and using evidence-based MSK skills to offload the At Risk Foot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a specialist community caseload, assessing and treating patients with complex foot pathologies.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working in partnership with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of podiatry services, ensuring they meet the needs of the local population.
Requirements:
  • BSc Podiatry (or equivalent) and HPC registration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to the development of podiatry services.
  • Knowledge of current assessment techniques, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice.
