We are seeking a skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team in providing high-quality foot care services to patients in our community clinics.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering specialist podiatry services to patients with complex foot pathologies. As a Community Clinics Podiatrist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a range of foot conditions, including wounds, ulcers, and nail surgery.
You will work closely with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, promoting independence and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose patients with complex foot pathologies, including wounds, ulcers, and nail surgery
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with patients and other healthcare professionals
- Provide high-quality foot care services, including nail surgery and wound care
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies
- BSc Podiatry (or equivalent) and HPC registration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
- Experience of working in a community setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality foot care services
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
