Estimated Salary: £125,000 - £175,000

This senior management role reports directly to the Chief Executive and is integral to the firm's ambitious growth and integration strategy.

  • You will lead on the integration of acquired firms to ensure seamless transitions, focusing on creating a cohesive unit with a common goal.
  • The company has a modern approach to business, prioritizing people-centric culture and environment that fosters success.
  • You will hold responsibility for managing key projects, including merging acquisitions into a unified entity, streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic initiatives will be driven to align with the firm's progressive vision, ensuring operational processes support business growth.
  • The role can be home-based or attached to one of the firm's offices around the UK, with a base in or close to major cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire teams across the UK regions, promoting a positive organisational culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies for integrating new acquisitions, enhancing operational processes to support business growth.
  • Cultivate a culture where colleagues willingly collaborate, embracing change and optimising processes.
  • Manage and deliver complex projects within set timelines, leveraging exceptional project management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven operational leader within the insurance sector, preferably with experience gained in a consolidator or acquisitive business.
  • Strong background in people management, with a focus on engagement and motivation, driving employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management and process optimisation, ensuring seamless integration and cultural alignment.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels, fostering collaboration and open dialogue.
