Key Responsibilities

You will report to the EMEA Insurance Sector Lead and work alongside other EMEA Sales Directors, Industry Lead and solution owners to define and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for the Insurance Sector.

Sales Performance: Consistently deliver against sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

International Travel: Some International and European travel will be required, although this role will be predominantly UK based.

Industry Representation: Network and present at Industry events.

Process Improvement: We place a lot of emphasis on solid processes, so some of your time will be spent on sales process hygiene.

Requirements

Insurance Sector Knowledge: A good understanding of Insurance sector issues and the ability to 'educate and solutionise' with the customer.

Complex Sales: Experience of selling complex enterprise software solutions is essential.

Tier 1 Insurance: A good understanding of Tier 1 Insurance operational and buying processes.

Fraud and Customer Intelligence: An understanding of Fraud, or customer intelligence, or KYC or AML solutions would be nice to have but is not essential.

EMEA Experience: Proven experience in solution selling within the Insurance sector across the EMEA region.

Commercial Skills: Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities.

Market Awareness: The ability to spot market changes, flagging these early and reacting effectively and positively.
