Office Operations Coordinator

Biscuit Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in administration or coordination and possess strong organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative assistance to the CEO and CFO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Office Activities: Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Support HR Operations: Maintain employee records, handle onboarding and offboarding processes, and support internal HR operations using BambooHR software.
- Assist with Travel and Events: Organize travel, team activities, and social events.
- Develop Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain cost-effective and high-quality relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Execute Tasks Efficiently: Ability to take ownership and execute tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in administration or coordination.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a conscientious approach.
- Task Execution: Ability to take ownership and execute tasks efficiently.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Team Player: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
Salary: $62,500 - $82,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
