Job Summary:

We are seeking a Resident Support Coordinator to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. This role involves working closely with tenants to arrange work schedules, ensuring that repair works are completed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A valid driving license is also essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to various locations throughout the day.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resident support services to meet their needs
  • Ensure effective communication between operatives and residents regarding work progress
  • Re-schedule jobs in case of operative absences and communicate changes to residents
  • Write letters to residents affected by works in conjunction with supervisors and the PR & Comms team
