Senior Contracts Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK, primarily in the retail sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating works across multiple sites, reporting to our head office, and conducting site visits nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contracts management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
