Key Responsibilities- Work alongside the Head of Business Development to support the development and implementation of our business strategy.
- Actively collaborate with marketing specialists to support the delivery of marketing activities.
- Provide direction, advice, and coaching to fee earners on group business development activities.
- Lead a strand of our internal Generate programme, arranging knowledge sessions, creating and reviewing content materials, and monitoring participant engagement.
- Support the ongoing development of our Bid management process and the delivery of supporting materials.
- Track and measure Bid success.
- Act as a project manager on large-scale pitches.
- Support client targeting and utilise our CRM system to do so.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in:
- Developing new business opportunities.
- Developing business plans and strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal colleagues and external clients at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
