Leadership Position in Youth Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team, providing leadership and guidance to support staff in delivering exceptional outcomes for young people impacted by substance use.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing holistic and multi-dimensional care to young people with drug and alcohol related issues. The successful candidate will oversee the provision of clinical responses to specialist interventions, supporting the delivery of a dedicated response to the clinical needs of young people aged 11-18 with significant and complex drug and alcohol problems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide clinical supervision, case management, and appraisals to team members
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to improve service outcomes and quality of care
  • To work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication
