Job Title: Clinical Lead - Substance Misuse ServiceWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team, providing leadership and guidance to support staff in delivering excellent outcomes for young people impacted by substance use.
Salary:£85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide holistic and multi-dimensional care to young people with drug and alcohol related issues, overseeing the provision of clinical responses to specialist interventions. They will also support the delivery of a dedicated response to the clinical needs of young people aged 11-18 with significant and complex drug and alcohol problems.
Main Responsibilities:- To be part of the leadership of a multi-disciplinary team, providing clinical supervision, case management, and appraisals
- To develop and implement effective strategies to improve service outcomes and quality of care
- To work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in substance misuse and/or youth mental health, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services. They will hold a relevant management qualification or be willing to undertake a Trust ILM Certificate.
