As a HR Generalist Specialist, you will be part of a small, friendly, and supportive People & Culture Business Partnering Team, where a performance-driven, collaborative, and flexible approach to work in a busy acute hospital environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead on workforce wellbeing and development initiatives, working closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and clinical departments to develop and implement plans for sustained improvements in employee wellbeing and absence management.
  • Collaborative working with Organisational Development to develop tools, coach and develop manager skills around proactively supporting staff wellbeing (Wellbeing Fundamentals) and the effective management of absence, aligned to best practice.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including flexible working patterns, hybrid working, and opportunities for career development and progression.
