About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Youth Mental Health Community Support Professional. The successful candidate will work closely with children and young people, their families, and other professionals to provide high-quality support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each child or young person
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective support
  • Provide education and training to families and caregivers on mental health topics and strategies for support

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of child and adolescent mental health, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
