We are seeking an experienced Tutoring Specialist to join our team in Norfolk, working with young people with Special Education Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND), as well as those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

About the Role

This role involves providing Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with varying learning needs in a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed manner.

As a Tutoring Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored education plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (we can assist with obtaining this if needed)
  • Two professional references
  • Right to work in the UK
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £27 per hour, depending on experience.
