Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled County Court Enforcement Officer to join our team at HM Courts and Tribunals Service. As a County Court Enforcement Officer, you will play a vital role in the justice system, working closely with court users to resolve matters and provide support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting court users in their homes and businesses, explaining the reasons for the visit, and providing information on available options to help resolve matters. You will work independently and as part of a small team, managing your workload and adapting to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit court users in their homes and businesses to explain the reasons for the visit and provide information on available options.

  • Communicate effectively with court users, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
  • Plan and manage your days to meet targets and deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. You will also need a driving licence and access to a private vehicle.
