About the Role

We are seeking a County Court Enforcement Officer to join our team at HM Courts and Tribunals Service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the community, working with people who are facing challenging situations.

You will be responsible for visiting individuals and businesses to serve documents and enforce court orders. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and empathetic individual who can provide support and guidance to those they interact with. They will also be comfortable working with technology, including mobile devices and digital tools.

As a County Court Enforcement Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the justice system and upholding the law. You will work closely with other teams within HMCTS to ensure that court orders are enforced effectively and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

  • Visiting individuals and businesses to serve documents and enforce court orders
  • Providing support and guidance to those they interact with
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Being adaptable in a fast-paced environment
