About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Enquiry Professional to join our team at Kent County Council. As a Coroner's Investigation Officer, you will work under judicial direction to provide evidence to enable coroners to fulfill their judicial function.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in nursing, paramedicine, biomedical science, or another investigative field.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • A willingness to travel to attend mortuaries, forensic post-mortems, and scenes of death.">
