About the Role:

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and their families, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient care needs and develop individualized nursing plans
  • Implement and evaluate nursing programs, ensuring the highest standards of care
  • Provide education and training to junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification and experience in a Hospice setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of palliative care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
