Clinical Research Nurse Specialist

As a Clinical Research Nurse Specialist at The Christie NHS FT, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality clinical research. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage clinical trials, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory approved protocols and guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating clinical trial activities, including participant recruitment and data collection
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH/GCP and EU Directive
  • Collaborating with research team members to develop and implement clinical trial protocols
  • Providing education and support to non-research staff on protocol-driven treatment
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of clinical trial activities

You will work closely with the Senior Clinical Research Nurse to ensure the smooth delivery of clinical trials and contribute to the development of specialist care pathways. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in clinical research and make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC
  • Experience in clinical research or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
