P3 Charity is committed to making a real and lasting difference in the lives of our service users. As a Support Professional for Vulnerable Adults, you will play a crucial role in delivering our services and supporting our staff to provide exceptional care and support.

Key responsibilities include providing direct care and support to service users, participating in risk assessments, and contributing to the development of care plans. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and report any concerns or incidents to your line manager.

We offer a salary of £27,000-£33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including enhanced annual leave entitlement, access to training and development opportunities, and a commitment to mental health and wellbeing.
