This historic grade II listed building is steeped in history and offers an ideal setting for our culinary operations team.

We are seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef to lead our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will oversee all culinary outlets within the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of menus, events and service standards.

The role forms part of our leadership team, who collectively drive key strategic and operational decisions for the Food & Beverage operation. Key responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, staff training and development, as well as maintaining high levels of food quality and presentation.
