About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator in Construction to join our client's team as a Resident Liaison Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established main contractor on residential/social housing projects in North West London and Hertfordshire.

Key Job Duties
  1. Work closely with residents to address their needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  2. Liaise with site managers to ensure site safety and welfare standards are maintained.
  3. Support quality control, environmental, and health and safety requirements.
  4. Distribute information to residents about project timelines and details.
  5. Respond to resident complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in customer care within the social housing sector.
  • Able to work independently, with managerial guidance, in a site-based environment.
  • Valid UK driving licence required.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and systems essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between £21,500 and £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
