Position Overview:

The Internal Sales Executive plays a vital role in the sales team, primarily responsible for generating new leads, upselling and securing hires and sales, managing customer accounts, and supporting the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product/service information.
  • Manage sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to evaluate progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
