Job Title: Children Residential Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Children Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Support children and young people in all day-to-day activities and interests
  • Encourage and promote the independence and well-being of children and young people
  • Attend weekends away, holidays, and trips with children and young people
  • Protect children and young people from any risks to their health and welfare
Requirements:
  • Desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
  • At least 6 months experience of working with children or within a similar Social Care setting
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to obtain one
