As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. Your role will involve:

  • Supporting children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives, including education, leisure activities, and personal care.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature.
  • At least 6 months experience of working with children or within a similar Social Care setting.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
