Job Title: Children Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children Support Worker to join our team. As a Children Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Support children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives, including education, leisure, and personal development.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of children and young people are met.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months experience of working with children or in a similar social care setting.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
