We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care NMR. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people who have experienced trauma.
About the Role:As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to young people in a therapeutic approach. This will involve:
- Supporting young people during challenging times and providing additional support when needed.
- Accompanying young people in the local community and around the house.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 6 months of experience in social care, including mental health, learning difficulties, autism, challenging behavior, or care work in general.
- Experience working with individuals who display behavior that challenges.
