As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to young people in a therapeutic approach. This will involve:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of experience in social care, including mental health, learning difficulties, autism, challenging behavior, or care work in general.
