Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Pensions Officer to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely employee administration and transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Ensure payroll and/or pension processing, administration, and employee enquiries are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accountability and accuracy in all payroll-related activities.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong technical acumen in payroll processing and relevant qualifications/experience to ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the work of junior payroll staff and provide support and guidance where required.
  • Quality Assurance: Supervise the accuracy and quality of payroll/pension processing.
  • Training and Development: Support the training and onboarding efforts of new team members.
