Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Service Strategy for Greene King's digital technologies, including service levels, incident prioritization, and resolution times.
  • Ensure the design and delivery of digital services meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide 24/7 support for critical systems and environments, working with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on service levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing service improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers to ensure technical upgrades are scheduled and budgeted for.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong technical support skills, including monitoring and alerting, task automation, and modern tooling and development practices.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating internal and third-party partners to agreed support strategies and service levels.
  • Clear drive to deliver exceptional customer service to colleagues and users of digital applications.
  • Demonstrable experience in a product support environment for large-scale companies or service providers.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding service in a high-pressure environment.
