Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Host. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Work closely with the head host and reservations team to ensure accurate and clear customer bookings, maximising covers and seating capacity.
- Seating guests according to the table plan, locating the perfect table for each group, and providing menus and excellent service.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and day-to-day service, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
We are looking for an exceptional communicator and customer service focused individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding experiences. You will be a team player, able to work well under pressure, and provide excellent support to your colleagues.
