Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hospitality specialist to join our team at Harrods. As a key member of our Host team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
- Work closely with the Head Host and Reservations team to ensure accurate and clear customer bookings, maximising covers and seating capacity.
- Seating guests according to the table plan, locating the perfect table for each group, and providing menus and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and day-to-day service, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
We are looking for an exceptional communicator and customer service professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be a team player, able to work under pressure and think on your feet, with a strong focus on attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
