Learning Support Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced L3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at an amazing Special Needs school in the Oldbury area. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including physical disabilities, autism, sensory impairment, and complex medical needs.
The school has a fantastic reputation for providing exceptional care and education to its students, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to making a positive impact on young people's lives.
As a permanent member of staff, you will be offered a competitive salary package, including a rate of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, each with their own unique needs and abilities. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, managing student behavior, and collaborating with teaching staff to achieve educational goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, attending parents' evenings and other events as required.
