Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Manager to join our team at Caterpillar Inc. in Desford, Leicestershire.
This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
About the Role:
- Oversee manufacturing engineering teams and develop personnel to perform plant operating functions.
- Monitor and report on project health, including issue management to ensure targets are achieved.
- Facilitate process solutions development using tools such as process flows, PFMEA's, control plans.
About You:
- You have extensive experience in manufacturing processes, project management, and lean manufacturing.
- Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
