Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Dimensional Inspector - Motorcycle Manufacturing to join our team at Triumph, a world-renowned motorcycle manufacturer. This role will be responsible for conducting precision inspections on various components and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

About the Role:

  • Inspect motorcycle components to ensure they meet strict quality criteria.
  • Develop and maintain CMM programs to optimize inspection efficiency.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality control issues.
  • Contribute to the development of quality control processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T specifications.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections of motorcycle components using advanced measuring equipment.
  3. Develop detailed inspection plans and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to implement quality improvements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a busy inspection department environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey inspection results and quality concerns to stakeholders.
