Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join our manufacturing team at CV Technical. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working in a high-volume production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Be available to respond to call-outs for maintenance-related issues.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Work closely with the maintenance manager to optimize maintenance processes.
  • Track project progress and milestones.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to established procurement procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong electrical background.
  • Familiarity with mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The 18th Edition certification.
