Maintenance Technician Supervisor

We are seeking a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Technician to join our team at Amazon.
This role involves leading our technical team and ensuring the smooth operation of our fulfilment centre.
The ideal candidate will have formal trade qualifications as a Mechanical Fitter/Turner or Electrician with current electrical trade license.
Leadership experience in supervising multi-trade teams in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution centre environment is essential.
A strong understanding of CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks is also required.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing maintenance-related purchase orders to maximise smooth facility operation and control of critical spare and store inventory.
Responsibilities- Supervise and lead Maintenance Technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their goals.
- Deliver and maintain Preventive Maintenance programs, building compliance programs, including facility and contractor management.
- Manage maintenance-related purchase orders to maximise smooth facility operation and control of critical spare and store inventory.
