Global Spares and Warranty Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee our global spares and warranty processes. This role involves managing the receipt, inspection, and testing of returned materials at our central hubs, as well as coordinating with vendors to obtain quotes for spare parts and warranty services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire spares and warranty process from initial customer contact to resolution.
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and testing of returned materials at our central hubs.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes for spare parts and warranty services.
- Generate and send quotes to clients, and process purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all spares and warranty transactions using Holovis systems.
- Collaborate with purchasing, project management, and accounts to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their requests and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and warranty services.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the technology or manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrable organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a global context.
- Proficiency in using a variety of systems, with strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently, making decisions, and as part of a team, creating process change.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
