Compensation Package

This position comes with a competitive salary range from $95,000 to $125,000 per year, aligned with your qualifications and experience. The remuneration package also includes comprehensive benefits: medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid leave.

Key Responsibilities

You will direct our electrical maintenance department, manage routine duties, and guarantee that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Your technical knowledge will enhance our operational performance and compliance with industry standards.

Essential Requirements and Qualifications

To become a successful Electrical Maintenance Team Supervisor at CV Technical, please meet the following criteria:

  • a degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline;
  • minimum three years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance;
  • excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
