About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at Sewell Group. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in providing strategic estates advice to our clients, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team providing advice to our customers and partners on estate strategies, business cases, and other research projects.
  • Liaise with external clients and stakeholders to create new strategic estates opportunities for Shared Agenda.
  • Appoint contractors and advisors to support delivery.
  • Effectively lead internal and external multidisciplinary teams.
  • Represent Shared Agenda at external meetings and events.
  • Manage commission workloads, deadlines, and commercial performance.
  • Line manage junior/graduate consultants.
Requirements
  • Hold a formal degree qualification or 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience in contributing to/delivering estate strategies and business cases in accordance with the HM Treasury Green Book guidance.
  • Experience working within public sector, health, social care, and/or education sectors.
  • Ability to deliver against competing priorities and deadlines while directing the work of teams/individuals.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build positive relationships.
  • Ability to lead a team in a busy working environment and work unsupervised at times.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and work with new technology and software.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Awareness of the importance of confidentiality.
  • Thorough approach and high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to implement new and improved ways of working.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence and own transport.
